I possess almost a decade of experience working with a diverse range of clients in inpatient, outpatient, and school settings, dealing with various diagnoses. I specialize in providing support for clients with mood disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety and panic disorders, trauma, substance abuse, and suicidal thoughts. Additionally, I help clients facing work-life imbalances, relationship issues, emotional dysregulation, LGBTQIA+ issues, and self-harm.
During sessions, I adopt an eclectic approach that emphasizes client strengths, tailoring therapy to meet each client's unique needs. I draw from various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), systems-oriented approaches, and attachment theory.
