"Goodness-of-fit" between client and therapist, as well as between client and treatment approach, is important to me. I believe psychotherapy should address both surface-level problems (e.g. depression, anxiety, relationship conflict), as well as underlying causes of these problems, so it has a long-lasting impact.
My clinical work includes counseling individuals and couples dealing with complicated grief, spousal loss, life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and infertility.
