In our sessions we will utilize your strengths, resources and hopes to help you get to a good place again and have the ability to move forward in your life. If you are looking for a bias and judge-free space for you to express your emotions I can provide a safe place to talk.
My main modality is Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, which will help you look towards your future rather than your past. Experiential Therapy is another modality that I often use, especially with children and families. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is incorporated to assist with negative thinking patterns and rewiring your way of thinking.
