I can help guide you in maneuvering through difficult life challenges, as well as in understanding your emotional needs in regards to your relationships and personal well-being. It is my passion to listen without judgment, help you heal from your pain, and help you uncover your authentic self, inner strength and love for yourself.
My approach is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone in respect, sensitivity and compassion. I like to collaborate with you in your treatment goals, and I meet you where you are in your journey. I don't believe in stigmatizing labels as we all have our own unique experiences. I tailor our dialogs and treatment plan to meet your unique needs.
