One of the most courageous adventures a human can take is exploring their feelings and experiences and making meaning of their story. Together we can embark on that journey! As a collaborate team we can identify your strengths and how you might be able to use those strengths to attain your goals, find solutions to problems and challenges, and make the changes you desire.
I hold a PhD in counselor education and counseling and a master's degree in marriage and family therapy. I hold counseling licenses in Idaho and Nevada and am a board approved supervisor in both states. I train other counselors through workshops and presentations I have developed and as a professor at Walden University and ISU, and previously at UNLV.
Life can cause us to feel broken, whether it be from challenging experiences, loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, or a multitude of other reasons. Life is too short to allow the things that might cause us to feel broken to be in charge! Take a deep breath and give me a call!
