Women's Group
This Process group is a safe place to work through a number of issues related to navigating women's issues. Parenting, Friendships, Divorce, Work/Life Balance, Empty Nest, Menopause, Grief and all around Phase Of Life Transitions. It is natural to feel overloaded with competing pulls for our attention. Connecting with other women with similar struggles in a safe therapeutic group where we remain in the here and now together, while also individually working toward creating the life that you always desired, may be just the healing support that you've been hoping for. Group Rules and Confidentiality Agreement required.
Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Group
This Process group is specifically for TAY to create a safe space to try out new skills developed in individual therapy and obtain supportive feedback from peers, in a nonjudgemental therapeutic environment. “Joining a group is useful because it provides opportunities to learn with and from other people, to understand one’s own patterns of thought and behavior and those of others, and to perceive how group members react to one another. You’ll meet and interact with people, and the whole group learns work on shared problems — one of the most beneficial aspects." (Group Works! AGPA 2016)
