My goal is to help guide and support you through the difficulties that life sometimes presents. My passion is to help you work through these times and become stronger and better through the process. I believe that we are resilient and can manage life's obstacles, and would like to be a resource to help you along the journey. I work with adults, adolescents, and children in the private setting and have worked with children and adolescents in the school setting. I have experience working with depression, relationship issues, marriage counseling, parenting, grief and loss, and anxiety.
I use a client centered approach in order to assist you in reaching your potential and those goals which are important to you. I also use Cognitive Behavior Therapy tools in order to obtain behavior changes that are sometimes needed to address certain behaviors that may be interfering with regular life routines.
