I can help adolescents and adults who struggle with depression, relationships, anxiety, trauma, disordered eating and life decisions. I work with those who experience grief, loss and trauma in order to manage their journey and learn to cope with the process. I will work with couples who struggle to manage conflict and find a way forward.
I offer talk therapy and solution-centered therapy to provide quick relief. I also encourage psychoanalytic therapy for those who wish to explore a pattern of issues. I believe in the power of animal-assisted therapy and the unique healing bond of animal partners. I will help clarify thoughts and repetitive thinking errors.
