I offer individual services to those with adult ADHD and individual/couples services for financial therapy.

I am here to work with you so your life can thrive. I use holistic and eclectic approaches in my counseling practice involving inner child work, psycho-education, building new perspectives and coping skills. (ADHD Testing coming soon)

Financial related stressors are another focus of my treatment, dealing with refraining money script, money trauma, and marital issues. However, I do incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy based techniques to guide questions for you to explore your own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I may also use psychoeducation, hands-on activities, homework assignments as needed.
