I am a licensed psychotherapist with experience working with adults and teens utilizing individual, group and family therapy. I believe in a person centered approach and provide an empathic and non judgmental atmosphere designed to assist my clients with improving functioning in all areas of life.
I utilize an eclectic approach tailored to the individual. I work with my clients on establishing rapport and developing a therapeutic alliance to assist them with gaining insight and establishing healthy coping tools. I work with my clients on building on their strengths so they can overcome the struggles that they face.
My goal as a therapist is to meet the client where they are in their journey and to provide a non-judgmental safe space to process life’s stressors and establish coping strategies needed to manage thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
