I believe that the predominant cause of the problems that arise both internally and externally in our lives are tied to the human struggle to cultivate self-acceptance and self-love. I can help you identify and deconstruct the places you judge yourself, learn that these beliefs are untrue and cultivate compassion for your experiences and the places within you that difficult feelings stem from. Through developing increased self-awareness and acceptance, you can take empowered responsibility for your fulfillment, enhance productivity and foster healing, happiness, understanding and love.

I have been in practice for 35 years, helping individuals, couples and families find solutions to problems with anxiety, ADHD, depression, phobias, OCD and trauma related issues. We will work together to take a comprehensive evaluation of your situation, and then focus in on specific changes that will to improve things. Our work may utilize individual, couples, family work, or a combination of these modalities. I work collaboratively with other professionals and school staff as needed.
