I want to be part of your healing story. I believe that two people working together are stronger than one. I believe that most of our suffering comes from the pain around separation and disconnection and that healing and empowerment is best experienced and guided within a relational framework. I believe that the traditional or Western medical model for healing is outdated and limited and so I embrace a holistic or integrative approach to mental health. I believe that healing takes place beyond intellectual processing and that we need to integrate healing into somatic or body based processes and rewriting personal narrative.

Do you feel you’re surviving through life rather than living it? Has your anxiety and/or depression immobilized you? Since 2003, I have helped thousands of individuals and families overcome their behavioral health issues. My therapy is an evidence-based clinical program called Neuro-Emotive Cognitive Behavioral therapy (NE-CBT). Individuals are taught to change their thinking, feelings, and behaviors. In my clinical sessions, I teach skills and concepts while helping individuals adapt them into their lives so that they may experience relief from their symptoms. Through NE-CBT, you can ground yourself both inward and outward.

Accept New Clients! It takes courage to begin the process of change and healing. By considering ways to engage in treatment, you have already begun this process. Talking about our feelings is hard, especially when we are ambivalent or do not know how to feel. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment to help you explore those feelings.

Hello, and nice to meet you! I'm so glad you're here. Therapy should be a place where you feel accepted, comfortable, and safe. I work with folks from all walks of life who are looking to build real, meaningful relationships with themselves and others. My clients tend to struggle with anxiety, stress, people-pleasing, self-worth, perfectionism, and interpersonal relationships. You may avoid showing your true self to other people in your life - because what if something bad happens? If you find yourself struggling to carry the weight of these expectations, you’re in the right place.
