My name is Dr. Stephen Dulski and I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the states of Connecticut and New York. I provide comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations and therapeutic services to children, adolescents, young adults and their families. My treatment experiences include supporting individuals presenting with a range of anxiety, behavioral, mood and developmental disorders. The therapeutic interventions and testing recommendations I provide are tailored to match each client's unique profile, serving as the catalyst for future success. My emphasis on utilizing a collaborative and multidisciplinary treatment approach allows for consistency to develop across environments.

I have been counseling addicts and alcoholics since 1993. I have inpatient, detox, outpatient and intervention experience. I have completed many assessments for teens at college that have been sent hiome for evaluations and treatment if needed. DWI and DUI assessments and education can be done at YOUR convenience and not according to an agencys schedule. My ideal client is a motivated client, that want's to make their life better, or recognizes that his or her substance abuse/addiction is causing major disruptions in their life. I also enjoy the challenge of the unmotivated client that I can help through the stages of change. Individual, group counseling and random drug testing (on site) are regular practices, family work and education are important services that I provide as well. I work closely with Psychiatrist's in Greenwich Ct, New Canaan Ct, and NYC when needed. These are trusted addiction specialist psychiatrists. I look forward to helping you and or your family member. I am a licensed Psychologist practicing in Fairfield County, Connecticut. I have over twenty years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I also work with couples and families. My practice focuses on issues with depression, anxiety and/or trauma. I include EMDR therapy in my treatment of trauma when appropriate, and have found this to be a highly effective way to resolve trauma symptoms. I also work with adjustment issues and career development. I take an integrative approach to the therapy I provide and utilize psychodynamic approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy, and relaxation work to assist you in achieving your goals.

I have years of experience providing counseling, parent support and coaching, as well as administering psychological evaluations. As a postdoctoral psychologist at Impact Psychological Services, I specialize in working with children and young adults overcoming stressful or traumatic events in their lives. My background includes extensive training in numerous trauma-informed modalities, including ARC and TF-CBT. In additional to individual therapy, I have facilitated grief-based teen groups and authored a children's activity book focused on fostering posttraumatic growth.

I have worked with emphasis in Health Psychology and Clinical Psychological interventions to offer support in managing crisis interventions, minimize the effects of Trauma and Childhood Trauma with clients whom have diagnosis of PTSD as other mental health conditions such as Psychosis, Schizophrenia, Addiction, Bipolar, Depression/Anxiety and behavioral problems. I work along with the client to establish collaborative clinical goals that can help the client to identify their short term to long term goals to help address the psychological need of the diverse populations of children, teenagers, adults, veterans and geriatric.
