As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I use Bowen & Gestalt therapy techniques combined with person-centered therapy strength-based with couples, families, groups, and athletes. The therapeutic focus is to help individuals heal, energize, focus, become aware of their inner strengths, and remove mental blockers.
