Hello and welcome! As a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals overcome challenges in their mental health. I offer counseling to adolescents and adults on anxiety, depression, identity and self-esteem issues. Being foreign born, I experienced the struggle of identity challenge and that makes me sensitive to providing care to to clients who feel they are different from others - cultural or gender identity or feeling stigmatized due to a mental health diagnosis. I believe in empowering people to write their own story of resilience, no matter what they’ve been through.
