It is my goal to walk beside you through your journey so that you or your loved one can achieve a purposeful life and overcome life's challenges. My nearly fifteen years of experience includes working with youth and adults who have experienced emotional and behavioral challenges, such as anxiety and depression, including working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and intellectual disabilities.
I work with youth and adults to overcome obstacles, rebuild relationships, and ultimately find their purpose. I use an eclectic and culturally-sensitive therapeutic approach while I work from a space of sincere care and compassion for your lived experience. I am committed to life long learning and I am pursuing a doctoral degree in School Psychology.
