Hello! I am glad you're here. My name is Crystalin and I feel honored being a therapist! To me, it's like being a compassionate companion on someone's journey, helping them rediscover the incredible depth and strength within themselves and their communities. I work from a humanistic orientation. Think of my counseling style as a colorful mosaic, blending together narrative interventions, somatic awareness, mindfulness tools, attachment theory, and Internal Family Systems’ parts work. It's like creating a unique recipe tailored to each person's needs.
I specialize in working with trauma, depression, and addiction issues, with experience working in both inpatient and outpatient facilities treating co-occurring disorders.
