Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Florida with 13 years of professional work experience working with adolescents and adults. I am experienced in helping clients with stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, motivation, self-esteem and confidence, and coping with life challenges. I work with clients to support them in determining their individuals goals and desires for their well-being. I take a collaborative approach to help them uncover tools and strategies that will work best for overcoming challenges so they can live a more fulfilling life.
I take a client-centered approach in my practice. I believe that each client is an individual with very different needs. I infuse elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Skills Training, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy into my work with clients depending on their individual needs.
My primary goal is to support you as you navigate life challenges. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
