I am a therapist who is very passionate about meeting my clients where they are, and I strongly feel it is important to listen and validate everyone’s feelings. My desire is to focus on helping clients with anxiety, depression, life stressors, grief, loss, trauma, etc. I believe that true healing involves the whole person; physically, mentally and spiritually.
In my practice, I focus on healing the whole person in order to truly connect with others and the world around you. Through the process of building a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship, I help clients work through their problems, gain insights, and empower themselves to make meaningful changes.
I meet with clients via my secure patient portal for individual therapy allowing you to work with me without having to leave your home. It is my intention to help you develop skills to better manage feelings of distress and find alternatives to behaviors that you feel are holding you back from emotional healing.
