I offer an inclusive, safe space with easily accessible virtual appointments, to suit your schedule needs. Helping people live a better life is my passion. Learning boundary setting, working through loss, expression of emotions, life transition, and changing patterns of behavior keeping you stuck is what you can expect from therapy.

I strive with a person-centered approach to first listen to what the needs and goals are, then work to meet each individual where they are in life. My techniques are individualized for each unique person that I am working with.
