I enjoy using a variety of different therapeutic modalities such as MI, CBT, DBT, PCT, and SFT as I do not believe in a “cookie cutter” approach, as one size “does not” fit all. I believe in tailoring an individual’s care to best meet their individual needs by creating space for collaboration and feedback. I also able provide faith-based svs. upon request.
I strive to be able to provide individuals seeking therapy with a safe, non – judgmental space to unpack and process life’s events. I’m here to support my clients on their journey of life by meeting them right where they are, while providing them with the tools they need to help them achieve their full potential and reach their goals.
