Hi! My name is Crystal and I have 7 years of experience working with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. I also have experience with adults who have experienced trauma, and struggled with addiction. I strive to create an inclusive, affirming and non-judgmental therapeutic space. I have received trauma-informed training from NYU, and EMDR training from The Center for Excellence. I also have Sex Therapy training from The Ackerman Institute.
