I aid to create a safe, non-judgement space and a therapeutic relationship for clients to share their story, process their pain, and find healing. I specialize in working with children (5+), teens (12+), women, and couples struggling with feeling stuck, behavioral issues, emotional regulation, anxious distress, depressed mood, grief/loss, postpartum issues, trauma, eating disorders, unhealthy body and food relationship, and communication issues and high conflict. I'm also a certified Brainspotting therapist.
The way I approach therapy varies from client to client. I draw from various evidenced and mind-body based therapeutic approaches to cater to my clients specific needs. I use a combination of Brain Spotting, Person Centered, Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Compassion Focused lens, Gottman Method.
We were made for community and to foster relationships, one being a therapeutic relationship between your therapist and you. You don't have to walk through the healing journey alone.
