I have worked in various settings including hospitals and community mental health centers. I have also worked with seniors, adults, and young adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered approaches, which are useful in helping individuals through their healing process. I believe that by staying authentic and transparent, I can create an environment where individuals are validated and feel more secure in sharing their experiences.
