I have been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), both evidence-based treatments for PTSD, helping to reduce negative thoughts, feelings, and sensations. I have also been trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
I use a client centered approach as I strive to build a warm, judgment free environment to help you feel safe enough to let go of the burdens to help you find you feet on your path.
