I am a trauma-informed counselor heavily influenced by shame resilience theories. I blend evidenced-based modalities based on individual need: CBT, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, IFS, Inner Child Framework, Family Systems Theory, Polyvagal Theory, and Interpersonal Neurobiology.
I believe in consent-based collaborative treatment and utilize client strengths, lived experience, and self-compassion to support change and growth.
