My sincere desire is that I can walk together with clients in their journey to help them find solutions and to develop skills so that they can learn to become the best version of themselves. I know it is hard feeling not good enough, or just weary from the pressures of life. I know as a parent it is hard when you don’t know how to help your teen. Let me help lighten the load.
I have experience helping moms and women who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and the demands of life. I work with Christian women who are struggling navigating life through the lens of their faith. I have 16 years of experience working with adolescents as a school counselor and in outpatient therapy. I want to help in this difficult season.
