The approach I take with clients is to start where they are. If someone wants to talk about life goals, that's where we start. If you are concerned about mood and anxiety and depression, then we focus on what YOU want to address. I utilize evidence based therapies that work for the individual. Counseling is NOT a one size fits all! Each person is unique!
