I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, happily married wife, and mother to an amazing little boy! As an experienced mental health professional, I have worked with individuals of all ages to treat a variety of presenting problems, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, adjustment disorders, parent-child relational issues, and other social/relational concerns. I also have extensive training and experience in couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy, although my particular specialty is working with teens/preteens and their parents to develop healthier family dynamic.
I use psycho-education and offer interventions from various evidence-based treatment models, such as solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy, to develop the most effective client-centered approach for each individual and their family.
My passion is helping people grow and heal as individuals and in relationships by emphasizing the balance of physical, spiritual, and emotional/mental health.
