I specialize in holistic and neurodivergent and LGBTQIA affirming counseling as well as counseling for chronic illness, pain, and trauma. As a therapist with a strong holistic health and clinical yoga background, I take a whole-person approach to therapy. With my training, we can also explore Ketamine Assisted Therapy when appropriate.
