There is not just one method that works for everyone and that is why I have dedicated my work to learning a variety of evidence-based practices that are effective in treating trauma and helping clients gain their life back! I take an integrative approach with REBT, CBT, EMDR, SFBT, ACT and a variety of other clinical tools that will help clients heal.
I hold a license at the Master’s level in Social Work who’s based in Texas. I earned my bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University Central Texas and then earned my master’s degree in social work from Baylor University.
