Hi, I'm Crystal! I find it so fulfilling to help my clients reduce their emotional pain, and improve their quality of life! Are you feeling overwhelmed, and like your life is out of balance? I'm an LCSW in New York State, with many years of experience using various therapeutic approaches. My experience includes supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, relationship and work stressors, and self-esteem struggles. Using this experience, we will work collaboratively to identify your treatment goals.
