I work with my clients to build a therapeutic relationship that nurtures growth and insight using curiosity, critical thinking, compassion, and humor. People who see me often struggle with intense emotions, voicing their feelings, feeling overwhelmed or lost, or lacking belonging. Specializing in addiction recovery and psychedelic integration, I understand sometimes journeys may involve past experiences that are difficult to integrate. I practice neurodivergence affirming care for ADHD and Autism Spectrum diagnoses and am currently in training at the Integrative Psychiatric Institute to become Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider.

My approach is grounded in the “here and now,” utilizing eclectic techniques and DBT skills to help you navigate complex thoughts and emotions while building resilience. As a Certified Spiritual Life Coach, I also offer impactful life coaching tools and exercises to my clients.
