Welcome to Crossroads Therapy, LLC! As an LCSW I have over 15 year's of experience in the mental health profession. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, trauma, ADD/HD, mood disorders, grief, anger management, behavioral problems and relationship issues. I am a part-time therapist that provides individual and couples therapy for adults ages 18 and older.
I utilize evidence-based practices, psychoeducation (providing hands on interactive activities) CBT, person-centered and strength-based approaches to assist my clients in their healing journey.
