In my practice, I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
I have had experience working with teens, and families who have experienced domestic violence, trauma, grief, depression and anxiety which has taught me the importance of creating a space where clients can feel heard and validated. I understand the complex emotions and challenges that can arise from these experiences and many others.
