I can help you to build your toolbox to manage and work through overwhelming emotions and life's traumas and uncertainties.
I am down-to-earth, laid back, and affirming. My approach to therapy is through a Person-Centered and Cognitive-Behavioral therapy lens. I earned my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and I am also trained in EMDR therapy.
