I believe in the holistic view of the human person, a person is mind, body, and soul. Each part of the person must be attended to individually to be subsequently integrated into a whole life. The person has a multitude of facets that contribute to their mental health, environmental, physical, medical, spiritual, interpersonal relationships, trauma, life experiences to name just a few. I believe by providing attention to you as a person as a composite being of mind, body, and soul, not solely your presenting problem, you can find a stable and sustainable lifestyle.
Some therapeutic interventions that I employ are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior therapy with components of person-centered therapy and positive behavioral support techniques. I believe that you deserve interventions that are tailored to fit you, to include your needs and desires.
