Body Image in the Bedroom
This 8-week closed group is designed for womxn interested in exploring the challenges and impact of negative body image on dating, relationships, and intimacy. Our group will address a range of topics, including body neutrality, societal and social media pressures, pleasure, body peace, and so much more. This group will use a trauma-aware, emotionally-focused and somatic lens to allow group members to connect with one another and deepen their understanding of their own relationship to body image and sexuality
