I specialize in teens, 20’s and 30’s populations, which is a critical time for navigating career and relational goals while laying the foundation for adult life. I am passionate about supporting growth through depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationships and diverse identities. I am also passionate about EMDR therapy and happy to discuss it!
