Fluent in both English and Spanish, I offer therapy services in both languages to ensure accessibility to individuals from diverse linguistic /cultural backgrounds.
I collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique strengths, needs, and goals. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health that integrates psychoeducation, skill-building, and community resources to promote long-term well-being.
