Hello, and thank you for viewing my profile. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York. My therapeutic approach is richly integrative, and based on where an individual is at. In these challenging times, and even in the best of circumstances, it can be difficult to cope, and it is not uncommon to feel stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed about life, one's family or financial situation, or the future. I would look forward to partnering with you, even if it's just to help you have a happier, more satisfying life.
Some of my specialties include working with children and adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. Development of more positive ways to cope with difficult situations, effective interpersonal skills, improved behaviors (for children), parenting skills, repairing relationships, and an improved sense/love for self are some topics of focus.
Overall, I believe in the fundamental right of individuals (regardless of age, belief system, or culture), in having the opportunity to be able to have the best quality of life possible. I believe each individual brings with them their own special strengths to help with this process, and that there's always hope!
