Dr. Ochs, hypothesized that most Mental health issues stem from minor brain injuries (like playing soccer, or even minor head bumps). After working with LENS Neurofeedback I‘m convinced of the same. I have so much compassion for people who feel like they are stuck mentally, emotionally, and even physically, and are looking for an alternative way to regulate without medication.
During a Lens Neurofeedback session, you will have a specialist put electrodes on you head, or hands, or feet. The specialist will then send the electromagnetic signals you are emitting (brain waives) back to your body which allows your brain to make the changes it needs to make on it‘s own. It is a noninvasive, quick, but effective treatment.
