My eclectic approach is used to treat clients and families. Therapy may happen through art, conversation, games, workbooks, or other methods that insight healing for children and adults I serve.

Regardless of our current situation or our family of origin, it takes courage to trust and begin the process of healing. Therapy is about self-searching, trust, empathy, and self-love.
