I want to help you live a more meaningful life. I believe that a collaborative approach to therapy can help provide you with the tools needed to allow you to navigate your life in a values driven way. I specialize in treating stress/anxiety, depression, adjustment, and relationship issues in adults. Together we can begin to cultivate more adaptive ways of coping, thinking, and behaving to foster a more fulfilled life. My approach to psychotherapy is integrative meaning our work together will incorporate elements of different theoretical orientations.
I utilize elements of acceptance commitment therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy to best fit your needs. I also draw on my background as a certified yoga and meditation instructor to weave mindfulness into my treatment approaches.
