My population of focus is young adults -especially women - who are experiencing relational conflict, family discord, childhood or more recent trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and lifestyle transitions. I assist individuals who wish to explore LGBTQIA+ identities and gender affirming care.
I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which hones in on identifying and processing emotions relationally and intellectually. I utilize attachment science in my work as a therapist to guide treatment, as I am a committed believer in the healing power of relationships. I use approaches from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and I am trained in EMDR.
