I have 7yrs of experience working with adolescents, children, adults, families, and couples who experience symptoms of depression, anxiety, ODD, ADHD, DMDD, autism, low self-esteem, self-harm and bipolar disorder. I specialize in using cognitive behavioral therapy and person-centered therapy.
