I have experience working with adults who are struggling with depression, opioid addiction, anxiety, psychosis, substance abuse, perinatal mental health, self-esteem, self-care, gender dysmorphia, ADHD, and a host of other conditions. I continuously work on cultural competence and have experience working with clients from various cultures, backgrounds, ethnicities, and belief systems. My passion for mental health stems from her belief that everyone wants to be comfortable in their skin. I use CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques with a trauma-informed scope and a holistic approach.
