We've made it to Fall! I sure can't believe that we are on the downhill slide of 2024. This is my favorite time of year but any time of year is a good time to start therapy. I'm Mariah and I primarily work with adults, providing individual and/or couples therapy. I've worked with many areas of concern for therapy with just a few examples being depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, phase of life adjustments, stress and anger management, postpartum concerns, communication, mood disorders and more. In addition to therapy, I also complete Bariatric Assessments and Substance Use Evaluations.
To say that I am blessed to be a therapist is an understatement. I enjoy my work so much and enjoy working with so many different people to reach a wide variety of goals. There is nothing that can't be tackled if you have someone in your corner. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques that are tailored to individual needs and goals.
Starting therapy can be hard and a little nerve-racking; after all, it's something new. I love getting questions thrown my way and enjoy walking new clients through the process at a pace that work for them.
