I enjoy working with a variety of clients from teenagers to adults and assisting them in finding coping skills to handle everyday life and those who are eager to manage their mental health in a more positive structure. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My practice was created to assist others in creating a change in their lives that was necessary and beneficial to their needs. I enjoy seeing the change that people create within themselves. I believe that you are the expert in the changes you want to create and I’m just there to give you a little push and guide you along the way.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia with over 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, family conflicts, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
My mission is to provide culturally competent services that focus on techniques to promote mental wellness and emotional development for individuals to create a positive change in all areas of their lives.
