Creating Change was established in 2016 as a clinical therapy organization and is providing mental health services to communities in the Northern part of New Jersey. Creating Change is performing comprehensive psycho-therapy services for children, adults and families. The therapy program of Creating Change is designed to empower individuals and families with new knowledge, beliefs, strategies, and skills to make safe and healthy lifestyle choices.
Our therapists are trained in CBT and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Structural Family Therapy (SFT), Stand Tray Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior therapy for domestic violence (DBT). Some therapist are also trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) this type of therapy is used to support persons with autism.
The Creating Change staff is comprised of Clinical Therapists, who continue to develop and implement comprehensive and innovative treatment. Creating Change provides culturally appropriate services and at the current time, we provide therapeutic services in both English and Spanish.
